Mr. Ali has over 30 years of experience in business development, account management, project management, and engineering in solar, wind, and battery storage, power generation, power transmission, and distribution including substations and SCADA systems.

Mr. Hasnain has over 25 years of experience as an institutional portfolio manager, analyst, and strategist at various companies including llianceBernstein, Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, and Goldman Sachs with direct responsibility for the performance of multi-billion dollar portfolios oflarge institutions such as sovereign wealth funds, public and private pension funds, mutual funds and alternative investment vehicles. At
AllianceBernstein, his group of portfolio managers collectively managed over $40 billion in investments for multiple decades. Mr. Hasnain serves as President.Mr. Hasnain has successfully managed real and financial assets globally across multiple strategies

Mr. Girard has over 30 years of technical and project management experience working with utilities and large C&I customers on power engineering and directing EPC solutions including substations , U P S syste m s , Photovoltaic and Wind Utility class systems including some of the largest battery storage projects across North America.Mr. Girard is the Founding Partner and CEO of Alternative Power Generation (APG), the rebranded Global EPC team of S&C Electric of Chicago, IL. Since 2018 he has acquired and directed Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management (EPCM) activities of APG in Solar, Wind, Energy Storage, Data Centers, customerowned Substations, and Electrical Utilities. He leads the team of Seasoned Electrical Experts in the role of Owners Engineer in many of the most advanced Distributed Energy Resources (DER) being built in North America. He
manages client relations, daily operations, and project planning.
